Random update on my writing schedule

I was going to put this on tumblr, only to realize that you're the people who are more likely to care.

Anyway!

Top Priority: finish Dead Inside. Nothing happens until that's done. (I'm far enough into it that taking a break for NanoWrimo doesn't seem logical)

After that?

Well, I'm most likely not getting my notafic done any time soon. I'm obviously not getting it done during Nano, unless I somehow manage to pull my butt together and finish Dead Inside before November. Is that possible? Sure! Likely? Hahah nope and y'all know that (remember last summer when I thought FOR SURE I would finish it and only ended up writing ten chapters? yuuuuup)

and even if I did finish Dead Inside by Nano, it's up in the air whether or not I'm going to write my notafic any time soon. I was all pumped for it, then sat down and went "que es plot?" because I have a beginning and an end, and while that's great, I definitely want a slightly more concrete outline and better understanding of my characters before I even try

But, after I finish Dead Inside, well, I'll either go "okay yes, writing that notafic sounds like a good idea!" or I'll be like "lol nope not even trying" and rewrite Nothing's Fair instead. It'll be one of those things.

And then after I rewrite Nothing's Fair, we'll be onto book 5! Whoo!!

And after Book 5 is finished, I should be done. With this entire series. I mean, I have plans for a Book 6, but it all comes down to desire to write it, because it's a) not necessary to wrap anything up, and b) has only a bare minimum of a plot, much like my notafic

I mean, I could write book 6. But it really does come down to my desire to write it, because it'll take a lot of effort... if anything, I might just go "HEY LOOK THIS IS WHAT I HAVE" and shove it all at you, and not worry about making it into a story lol

But book 6 is easily another two or three years away, depending on how long it takes me to finish Dead Inside, rewrite Nothing's Fair, and write book 5--and also whether or not I decide to write my notafic somewhere in there

anyway that was fun, now that I've done that and finished with lunch, I'm going to write... I hope...
