I've cut a lot of Replica building related stuff from the years 2010-2012 because, who cares, right? It remains mostly preserved on the google docs version, though.

• sometime in here, potentially late 1985, Ellone is kidnapped, Laguna goes to rescue her
• Jan 12, Aerith is adopted by Elmyra (a dying woman arrives on Elmyra’s doorstep with a baby, the woman dies, Elmyra takes the baby in, the baby is Aerith, etc)
• Aug 23, Raine (Squall’s biological mother) dies giving birth to Squall. Elmyra adopts him as well.

1997

• March 21 – Sora’s born
• May 4 – Kairi’s born
•  Sometime this year (probably March 21st) Vanitas is split from Ven (10) and Ven forges a connection with Sora
•  Later this year, Ven is taken to Master Eraqus
• Okay, so like, initially I was like “UGH TIMING” about this because canonically it happens when Sora is born and that’s this Important Thing, but putting it 7 years before BBS in FtPverse made it so that Ven was only 8 when Vanitas was split from him and that’s pretty messed up
  
  Then it occurred to me that Terra and Aqua are older ages than I’d imagine them in KH canon because FtPverse in BBS happens three years later "than in KH canon" then I can also bump Ven's age up and not feel too bad about it.

1999

• Even starts looking into the Replica Program, starts gathering the necessary technology and looking into the theory and researching and everything. (Ienzo helps a little, too)

2002

• Zack (16) and Aerith (16) meet
• Also Aerith helps her mom with healing whatever (her mom is a Healer and it’s largely why their house is so dang big) and probably misses school regularly because of it
• Squall also helps with healing business kinda, but by this point it’s clear Aerith is a) better at it, b) really interested in it, so he often goes to school for the sheer purpose of bringing Aerith’s homework to her.

2004

• BBS happens
•  Aqua (21) meets Sora (7) and Kairi (7) and passes the Keyblade to Sora [ASASch10]
• Zack (18) starts visiting Olympus a lot, runs into BBS trio
• Terra (19) gets ‘norted
• Ven (17) destroys Vanitas and damages his heart in the process [read here]
• Sora invites Ven into his heart to recover
• Xehanort in Terra’s body is found in Radiant Garden
• Aqua fights Terranort and is sent to the Realm of Darkness when he gets fed up with her [ASASch35]
• Even’s interested in Xehanort—and Ienzo, even more so—but work on the Replica Program does not stop
• -          Cloud, age 16, leaves home, ends up in Olympus, meets Zack, etc (he’s not in FF8 because he wasn’t there when Rinoa came looking for help)

2005

• Late spring, May maybe, Rinoa (18) arrives at the Gainsborough household looking for a mercenary. We know the story: Squall (18) and Aerith and Zack (both 19) all go with her
• The events of FF8 happen, and conclude in August, probably
• I intend of writing this whole "Zack and Aerith in FF8 in FtPverse" thing but, it could be a while. Until then, watch me build ideas here in the "ftp ff8" tag on my tumblr.
• There’s a point in here (or at the start of next year) Rinoa spends a month or two at the Gainsborough house while learning how to cope with herself again after being possessed and now that she has sorceress powers x3 in her veins
• Whether this happens immediately after FF8 or not until a few months later when Rinoa discovers she’s not doing too hot, is, well, up for debate. I haven’t decided yet. The important thing is it DOES happen.

2006

• Even creates his first Replica. It fails
• Discouraged, but refusing to give up, Even keeps trying
• Zack (20) goes back to mercenary / Olympus business. He and Cloud (18) start really traveling together, probably
• Tifa (17), finally able to leave home herself, goes to find out where the heck Cloud went
• Aerith and Squall's mother passes due to either some terminal illness, or old age, probably old age
• Zack (and probably Cloud with him) lives with Aerith/Squall for a while as they learn to cope with this loss. Rinoa and Tifa visit frequently. Cid checks up on them almost every day.

2007

• Zack(21/Cloud (19) slowly go back to mercenary work. Rinoa goes back to FF8’s world and tries (again) to start sorceress training. 
• Zack dies (by Xehanort’s hand,) [ASASch26]
• Cloud blames himself
• Sephiroth is born as Cloud’s Shadow, sticks around well after RG falls
• Even’s first successful Replica—No. 16—is created
• No. 17-19 fail, but No. 20 succeeds, along with No. 22. (No. 21, sadly, did not last very long)

2008

• Early this year, Radiant Garden falls into darkness
• And Even is very pissed at Xehanort, because that is ten years of research down the drain
• The Org is formed
• Even Replica No. 22 makes off with what little research he can salvage, and then goes missing
• Axel and Saix probably join the Org around this time
• Aerith (22), Squall (21), Cid and Yuffie (13) all make it safely to Traverse Town
• Rinoa visits at least once
• Squall changes his name to Leon sometime this year
• Castle Oblivion is discovered, and Xemnas gives it to Vexen to restart his Replica Program
• Vexen (with possible help from Zexion) gathers the technology needed agaain
• As soon as the technology allows, Vexen No. 1 is created

2009

• Sephiroth is officially killed sometime this year
• Alpha is created
• Marluxia and Larxene are recruited to the Org and are Replicated
• Xigbar’s clone is created
• Tulip is created 

June

• Vexen starts working on the Experiments
• He literally takes a break from everything else and just works on them

•   Dec 6 – Joseph’s created at the physical age of 10
• Probably that same day, 29 is assigned to be Joseph’s caretaker

2010

• Jan – R’s created (and spends a week in the infirmary with 7 and the recently created Q)

•  Other Replicas are created of course but it’s not really important so I’m not writing ‘em all down

• March – R’s found her computer and settled down by this point, and begins working on viruses. That's sort of a thing thruout the whole year, I cut the specific ones when bits out of here tho

• June - 37 is created

2011

• Early this year Larxenes Y and Z are created, and Vexen tells Larxene that 26 Replicas better be enough because he’s not making her any more

• Vexen then begins working on the Weapons and does nearly nothing but things concerning them until June

February

• R releases Virus No. 9, the Demyx virus
• 7 gets infected
• Vexen pauses his work on Weapons to help figure out a cure, because that got annoying three days ago
• A cure is finally found

March

• The first Weapon—Cain—fails, and Vexen nearly gives up all hope for this idea

April

• Vexen tries again with the Weapons, and creates Jill
• Once it’s clear that Jill isn’t going to backfire terribly, like Cain did, Toby’s created (with a few modifications to his data—namely, adding Marluxia’s data to the mix—in hopes to improve his attitude, since Jill was a brat)

Since Vexen sorta created the Weapons without permission, he keeps them away from all but a select few so he can’t get in trouble/Xemnas can’t get word of them/if they do end up failing it won’t cause major problems

Mainly though he didn’t tell Xemnas he was working on them and doesn’t want to tell Xemnas that they exist until he’s positive that they are going to work

(This is why literally no one has any clue who Toby is)

~The Truth Hurts

• July 9 – Riku washes up on Destiny Islands (Riku’s B-day) [THch1]
• Axel is sent to CO and Vexen’s work on the Weapons is pushed aside in favor of studying Riku (he’s a Replica!?) and his memories (I’ve never seen anything like this!)
• Vexen Replica 41 is built to test if you can build a Replica primarily from memories (Vexen’s curious)
• July 25 – Riku remembers Namine [THch7]

• Aug 1 – Riku remembers everything [THch13]
• Aug 2 – Riku heads to CO to fight the Org [THch14]
• Sora angsts but Kairi calms him down [ASASch17]
• Seeing Riku as a potential asset, Marluxia and Larxene talk Vexen into making a Replica of Namine to control him. ((Their initial plan was probably to use their various Replicas to overthrow the Organization))
•  Larxene dies [THch15] and Marluxia tells Vexen to hurry up w/ Namine because controlling Riku is now his only option of getting anything he wants done
• Aug 3 (roughly) – Namine’s created
• Aug 6 – Riku returns to Destiny Islands with Namine (Namine’s B-day) [THch22]
• Aug 24 – the Program goes to Saix

~Falling to Pieces

• Oct 10 – Sora’s Awakening [FtPch1]
• Oct 11 – Destiny Islands falls to darkness [FtPch5]
• Oct 12 – Riku awakes in Traverse Town and meets Leon’s gang [FtPch6]
• Oct 13 – Riku finds Namine [FtPch8]
• Oct 15 – Sora and Riku cross paths in Olympus Coliseum [FtPch11]
• The Organization sees Keyblade potential of Sora and grabs his data, and immediately starts to build Xion [not documented]
• Oct 16 – Xion is dubbed a mistake. 7 smuggles her out of TWTNW [NFch1]
• Oct 17 – Namine and Riku go to Halloween Town [FtPch13]
• Namine’s first meltdown [FtPch15]
• Oct 19 – Roxas is built [NFch2]
• Oct 20 – Monstro (37’s first appearance) [FtPch18]

• Aqua is spat out of the Dark Realm to compensate for Sora being dragged in. Ven awakens. They reunite. [ASASch82]
• Leon’s gang discovers Aerith’s house which is in extremely good shape wow talk about convenient

~Nothing’s Fair (updated. excluding things that occur during Falling to Pieces, obviously

• By this point any of the Replicas most loyal to Vexen have defected and either joined the unofficial Rebellion forming in CO or gone rogue completely. ((This does not make up the whole Rebellion, other Replicas will slowly defect to it over time past this point.))
• Meanwhile, 7 makes R promise to hold off on the viruses until everything’s settled, because right now is the worst possible time to have to deal with that
• R understands that Saix isn’t nearly as lenient as Vexen, and would just kill any infected Replica, so she agrees
• (She, may, however, write a few viruses, she just doesn’t release them)

sdf 

• Nov 2 – Xion meets Riku [NFch6]
• Nov 6 – Roxas and Xion start going on missions together [NFch7]
• There are increasingly more missions because of MIA Replicas
• Saix has definitely started killing the Experiments by this point, along with other Defective Replicas
• Nov 14 – 7 attempts to fix Xion’s data, but it doesn’t work [NFch7]
• Roxas is told about Xion’s condition
• Nov 15 – Axel and Xion meet [NFch8]
• Nov 18 – meeting about MIA Replicas [NFch9]
• Riku encounters his first Larxene Replica [NFch9]
• Nov 21 – Xion can’t summon her Keyblade [NFch10]
• Nov 22 – R bugs Xion [NFch11]
• R infects Roxas with the cold virus out of spite [NFch11-12]
• Joseph moved to CO / 29 tells Roxas that Saix is killing Experiments [NFch13]
• The Rebellion becomes official around here, and Alpha guilts Riku into helping 

• Dec 1 – Roxas talks to Saix about the Experiments, though he doesn’t make a convincing argument [NFch14]
• Roxas takes Xion to Neverland, and she collapses [NFch15]
• Dec 5 – Roxas and Axel get double missions to send them out of the way [NFch16]
• Saix slaughters the remaining “disloyal” Replicas along with various other casualties (including the rest of the experiments) (“Chaos Battle”)

2012

• Jan 1 – Xion and Axel [NFch25]
• Jan 2 – Axel/Roxas/Xion go to the beach [NFch26]
• Jan 3 – Roxas runs from the Organization, and Axel is sent after him [NFch27]
• Axel attempts to bring Roxas back in [NFch28]
• Xion ends up at Kairi’s house [NFch32]
• Roxas and Xion are killed [NFch30]
• Axel yells at Saix, and Saix also probably gets yelled at by Xemnas, boy howdy

• Rebellion-y things happen, namely, raids start being sent to CO (among other things that probably happen in Can’t Escape that I am too lazy to look up)
• Axel officially joins the Rebellion, to spite Saix ((and also because Roxas expressed an interest in it and since Roxas can’t do what he wanted to do, Axel will do it for him))
• Around here is where Ven insists to spar with Aqua and Aqua proves to him just how freaking powerful she got after seven years in the Dark Realm endlessly fighting Heartless and Ven is Impressed [read here]
