Three months after the Truth Hurts, Sora's jealousy of Riku has put him on edge, and now he's threatening to teeter off and fall into darkness at any minute. Can Kairi save him before it's too late? Will Riku bear the burden of saving the Worlds, or does he just not care enough to try? And what's going on with Namine?
Backstory/Plotting:
While in the middle / towards the end of the Truth Hurts I was toying with the idea of Sora falling into darkness, and the final scene (with Sora in the Dark Realm) came to me and I wrote it on a whim. And then I eventually... decided to go with it?
I figured I had the setting all ready for me and could easily cover what would happen "next" in "my universe" or, something like that.
Fun plotting notes:
DID YOU KNOW THAT AFTER RIKU TOLD NAMINE ABOUT HER BEING A REPLICA AND ABOUT ALL HER MEMORIES. I thought to myself "gee I could've gotten away with anything at the end of that scene. They could've kissed and it would've flowed"
more like hahahHAHAHAAH HA. HAHA.
That's the only fun story I have to share
Memorable moments:
- Sora kicking Riku's butt and throwing him out of Hollow Bastion
- Namine sending Riku to Kairi's room without telling him what she was getting him into
One thing I'm grateful for:
I'M REALLY GRATEFUL FOR THE LEARNING PROCESS THAT CAME WITH FALLING TO PIECES. It's objectively Not That Great and I've seen why and now I know how to avoid it!!
