IT TOOK ME A SEC TO REMEMBER THE SIMILARITIES but I remembered them ha. In the initial blergh for ch172, Vexen went "stupid stupid stupid" at himself which is what Riku does
and then in ths chapter Riku complains he needs to keep his emotions in check and it reminded me of Vexen

honest, I think I’d die of boredom on Destiny Islands (Riku says, finally)
Hollow Bastion has that Heartless problem, remember? It… keeps me occupied
He has trouble
sitting still (Namine teases and she is literally standing right next to him,
their hands clasped together her head resting near his shoulder and she can
bump him with her hip and he looks down at her)

argues but yes he does)

and while he doesn’t doubt Riku has trouble sitting still he does doubt that’s
all there is to this because Riku’s way too happy but then again with Namine
giving him this much attention maybe it’s no surprise)
