WAIT, TAHT WAS NINTEN AGAIN, SORRY

SORRY

Okay anyway so TIME FOR SOME BACKGROUND ON MOTHER 1 AND THE MOTHER/EARTHBOUND SERIES AS A WHOLE!!!

the Mother Series, consisting of Mother 1, Mother 2, and Mother 3 is an RPG series which arguably shaped the future of Nintendo (shaping it to be marketed towards everyone vs young boys)

Mother 2, localized as Earthbound, was the only one to make it out of Japan!!

And Mother 1 and Mother 3 were left in the dust.... the only hint of them released anywhere else being Lucas in Smash Bros...

So, this is a great victory for Mother Fans, and could potentially lead to an official Mother 3 English in the future!?!?

THAT'D BE PRETTY DARN NIFTY

They said Mother 1 COUGH HACK I MEAN Earthbound Beginnings would be in the Nintendo Eshop today (for a Wii U virtual console title) but I'm not seeing it yet??? Someone else said tomorrow. Hmm. Well I'd definitely expect it tomorrow, and perhaps it's gone up since I checked a good hour ago, who knows
