Maybe the fact I finished the chapter in 30 minutes isn't a good thing...

I'm thinking I need to rewrite chapter 10. It's, well... while it functions as a chapter, and involves amusing discussion, it touches on very little plot-wise. So I'll have to rewrite it and address a few things and stuff.

Which brings the chapter count to more of... 9.5 out of 13.
