my possibly favorite track from Twilight Princess, played by Kyle Landry and someone on violin (pity it's not just Kyle, I would've loved to see him play it all on piano...)

did you know, Kyle plays in the Twilight Symphony? I'm not at all surprised, though, but it's REALLY COOL because he is an AWESOME pianist (he does a lot of KH and FF stuff (not to mention stuff from countless other video games), so feel free to check out his channel)

Anyway, 'scuse me a sec, I'm going to try out what he just did on piano because I think I just figured out how to play that really slightly hard part (I just have to take out all the octave jumping around, because the sheet music I have tells you to play octave As and then jump up an octave and play octave As and then octave Bflats, and, agh, I just need to not switch octaves. Why didn't that occur to me sooner?)
(Actually, I tried it out, and I could only cut some of the octave jumping. If I cut it all, the melody got overpowered, but part of that is because I'm playing the left hand up an octave higher than I think I should be, but the lower keys on our piano are REALLY out of tune, so I hardly ever play on them. Anyhoo)
I doubt y'all followed that, so... meh

So, I'm doing this post because I want to rant about how much I love the character development I'm getting from minor characters. I started writing for another Larxene Replica (R) who is surprisingly fun to write for, like, I thought writing for Q was fun, and then R came along and--

Yeah.

I've got all this background stuff for her (and I got background stuff for 7 while I was at it)
and then I've got that whole side thing going on behind the lines with Q and Amaryllis
and... MINOR CHARACTER CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT GALORE!

All my characters used to be very flat. Seeing them not that way is really exciting.

Plus, this conversation between R and 7 is absolutely hilarious. I'd post quotes, but it's one of those things that I want you to see and laugh at when you read, and not know it's coming and... stuff

But I love it.
