Been ages since one of these! Since I'm at my computer almost 24/7, I hardly ever use my journal anymore because why write it on paper when I can type it up and it's 10x faster not to mention somewhere where I can find it

This scene was hilarious to write because the argument started out loud but then they just fell into making noises at each other because they were communicating telepathically and it was faster than speaking aloud
And it was also kind of hard to write because I COULDN'T KEEP UP WITH THEM!! they were just thinking to fast saldkfj

FicxNotafic Crossover

Hey look, an AU notafic crossover scene! Lol, I had this scene happen and I spawned like three different ways it could go. It's ridiculous!!
And I love what happens because Edd shows up (even though it's for hardly any reason hence the AU) and character development is done on him and it's so exciting. My problem is if Edd shows up, it totally kills the rest of the crossover and lskajdf

Thought I'd bug you about it.

This is a phrase I learned from the Days movie. It means "Okay" or "alright", but can be translated as "I'm alright" or "it's alright" and if you say daijoubuka? that's "Are you okay?"
Japanese really hardly uses pronouns it seems

Another phrase I learned was わかった, or wakatta, which is, again, "okay", but it's more like "okay" as in "yes"

I also learned そだな, sodana, which is "that's true." (or something similar I guessed that from context)
Xion always says そだね, sodane, though, so idk if it's some gender thing that Japanese has I'm no expert

I can't convince magik to make it canon or anything, though, because it actually contradicts my canon I couldn't have it not contradict canon with the set of characters it includes. They were bound to throw everything off

But it's still like the best thing ever. I'll have to post it once I'm far enough in Dead Inside.

Aw man, I can't milk quotes from it! I'd love to post quotes from it, but I'm on really shaky grounds with the characters it concerns, so...

Yikes. I just realized, I have 32 pages of plotting/snippets for this notafic crossover. This will be a bear by the time I get around to writing it. (Then again, it really is a short story in and of itself, having a major conflict/climax and all the other stuff that define a concrete plot for a story)

to put this in perspective, I have 38 pages of plotting for book 5. Now, book 5's plot is scattered, and for the notafic crossover, I really just have to go through and put in a few transitions, because I'm basically writing the entire thing, just in spurts...
but, still... this is ridiculous...

My cat just doesn't normally do things like this. She normally lays in the middle of the floor/couch/bed and if if you go anywhere near her/try to touch her she bites your hand off. Almost literally.
She bit me in the face yesterday because I was apparently laying too close next to her. Yes, in the face. of course, her aim kind of wasn't good, so she just barely got my eye, because she hit my nose before she could bite me. But she tried to bite me in the face.

So, according to Riku, the Organization (he's mainly referring to those in CO during CoM) is a bunch of "selfish bastards"
And it makes me laugh
btw, I didn't censor him because I try to leave things in my journals UNcensored, so that they're there in their second most raw format (the rawest being the stuff that jumbles around in my brain. It's a pity I can't transmit thoughts to my computer or something. I'd get writing done so much faster... but that technology also kinda scares me... so.)

And then, later, in some Crossover stuff that won't be used (it flowed like crap) Magik's Namine goes and calls the Organization a bunch of selfish bastards (she's really only referring to Marluxia and Larxene, though)

The only reason I left it there (besides trying to write down EVERYTHING during brainstorming sessions) is that Sora's immediate response was:
"Careful there, Namine! I'm not sure Axel'd appreciate the fact you're calling him a selfish bastard"
And I just laughed.
And don't get me started on the whole thought where Axel finds out, and then Roxas finds out and realizes that he's included in that list of "the Organization" and...

Haha, reading through some of this, and I realize Cole yells. A LOT. And he lashes out, very quickly.
I think it's funny. You'd expect Colin, the darkness of their relationship, to lash out/yell more often, but I've written more scenes where Cole loses control of his anger than I have of Colin.
I mean, I guess it's understandable, since I've written the notafic crossover from entirely Cole's POV, and I haven't written a lot of scenes from the notafic itself, but... I still think it's funny that I currently have more scenes written of Cole losing control than I do of Colin. Because you'd expect me to have more of Colin. I'm rambling.

Did you know, that even though there's a phobia for nearly everything (including getting peanut butter stuck to the roof of your mouth), there is not a phobia for lightning? There's a phobia (three, actually) for the fear of thunder AND lightning, but not for lightning alone.
There IS a phobia for the fear of electricity, however

I'm changing the format of this a bit. Instead of typing it up as I go, I'm going to split it into two sections: Fic and Notafic. The notafic stuff will be at the end, so if you don't want to read it, you don't have to (I am posting teasers, though, so I can maybe get people interested :P)

btw, tell me just how much you want to read said Crossover, and I might post it. Maybe. (It technically takes place after both the notafic and Dead Inside, though, so...)

ack, I love this little beginning bit, but it gets into stuff about Colin and Cole I'll leave alone, and it's only funny if you understand said stuff


I'll post this though:

Aerith: how much do you think you guys will eat?

Cole: What? Oh! None!

Colin: Yeah, you don’t have to change your dinner plans for us.

Aerith: Don’t be silly! You are guests. It’d be rude not to feed you.

Cole: No, really, we don’t need to eat.

Colin: He means it literally. We’re actually incapable of eating.

Aerith: What do you mean?

Colin: We are each other’s food and water

Cole: Spending time together is the only nourishment we need.

Aerith: Really now?

(They nod)

Aerith: Alright then.

Then, for this next bit, Yuffie dares Colin and Cole to go a day without touching each other (since they need physical contact with each other to survive, it's a valid bet. They also nearly lose said bet because they aren't used to going more than, like, an hour without physical contact)

Yuffie: If you can't do it, you have to pay me 2000 munny!

Leon: They can't pay that...

Cole: Actually... *pulls out handful of munny* You'd be surprised how much those Heartless things drop

Yuffie: And you can't avoid each other all day, either!

Cole: So, what, we need to be in three foot radius of each other all day?

Colin: Does this mean I have to take him to the bathroom with me?

Cole: Don't tell him yes...

~Two hours left in the day (neither of them are in good shape):

Colin: We could just say eff it, you know? It’s not like we even need the munny

Cole: We can survive two more hours

Colin: Is munny even an accepted form of currency where we come from?

Cole: This isn’t about the munny. I want to prove we can do this

Yeah, I've determined that Joseph's hair grows to look like Zexion's (pity I didn't decide this sooner, because now some of my concept art of him is technically inaccurate, as his bangs go the exact opposite direction).

Sorry this (and other recent Journal dumps) are so lacking. I think we got to a point where I mainly write plot/rants/snippets for later books down. Now that I don't use my journal as much, anyway, since I spend most of my day on my couch (yay for homeschool!). Anyway, most of the snippets and stuff in this one are plot I'd like to keep secret for a bit. No sneak peaks =P It'd ruin the surprise.
